There’s nothing better than an easy calendar project for the new year. This DIY calendar and notes center rests on the desktop to house a calendar, supply of sticky notes and a super cute ice cream cone pen that coordinates with the Sweet Ice Cream theme from Stampin’ Up! Tuck the tools away in the center and you’ll always have your writing materials at the ready.

Here’ a peek of the side view. The easel base construction helps the calendar stay upright, while the side loop holds the pen in place.
The finished project as shown features the new Sweet Ice Cream bundle and Ice Cream Corner Designer Series Paper, which will be available on Jan. 5 with the launch of the new January – June catalog.
