These posies were stamped using Calypso Coral. The solid posies are stamped off, while the detail is full ink. For a flash of Bumble Bee, I added a snip of the kit tissue paper. The flowers were hand snipped and layered with Dimensionals.

I created the kit projects as designed and three bonus cards during a monthly Paper Pumpkin Escape episode on Facebook’s Just Stamp with AnaMarie page. Meet the Mini Stampin’ Cut & Emboss

Mini Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine

It’s one of my coolest tools in my world of card making. The Mini Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine is the prime example of the idiom “good things come in small packages.”

Sitting literally within arms reach on my craft table, Mini is my latest BFF. Together Mini and I create ’til the wee hours of the morning, and I still am overcome with the same giddiness I experienced when I made my first card nearly 30 years ago. A few years later, I remember when I first cranked a die and paper through my personal cutting machine around 2008. I was cutting banners, letters, flowers, notecards — you name it it — night and day!

That was then. Now 20+ years later, the Mini cutting and embossing machine is the mighty thing in a small package. The Mini performs virtually the same jobs that the standard size Cut  & Emboss Machine, but it’s special.

Knowing a Welcome Baby card would be useful in my card stash, I modified one of the kit projects. On a Basic White 2 5/8″ circle die cut, I layered the upper body of  the elephant. The snipped roller skates are on the inside of the card, along with sentiments.
