Hello Spring: New Easter Lamb Stamp

By | February 29, 2016

The latest Occasions catalog from Stampin’ Up! has lots of seasonal stamps and supplies for the spring and summer seasons. One of my favorite products is a single stamp called Easter Lamb. It’s a lovable little lamb with expressive ears and a wooly coat that’s the perfect symbol for the “in like a lion, out like a lamb” season.  She’s not just for  Easter cards, she’s also perfect for baby, thank you and “just because” cards.

Just Stamp Tips

The Easter Lamb is the focal image, but splatter from Gorgeous Grunge adds color to the soft embossed background. Hello and Spring are part of the Crazy about You collection (a must-have sentiment set). Finally, the tab border is from the Tin of Card collection that perfectly coordinates with the thinlets.

Take the fuss out of cutting with the right tools. The lamp is cut from Whisper White card stock and layered on Pool Party using the Circle Framelits. The Hello is cut with the help of the File Tab Edgelits, while the scalloped Spring border comes from the Cutie Pie Thinlits.

I’ve listed the supplies below. For a closer look, click on an image and you’ll hop over to my Stampin’ Up! store.

Simple Birthday Greetings For Everyone

By | February 23, 2016

We can blame it on texting and emailing, but the act of kindness of sending someone birthday greetings has been slowly disappearing. Shannon West of Stampin’ Up! introduced a great idea to turn this trend around.

Introducing #imbringingbirthdaysback! Let’s turn good intentions into reality and start sending birthday greetings to friends and family again. Join me on Saturday, March 5 for my Birthday Cards class. We’ll make 10 cheery birthday cards and coordinating envelopes in a couple of hours. Anyone on your list will love finding one of these cards in their mailbox on their special day.

Welcome To My Stamping Blog!

By | February 21, 2016

Do you love to stamp and craft? If you do, you’ve come to the right place. I’m AnaMarie Palmerin, a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator in Riverside, California. When I’m happy, I stamp. When I’m stressed, I stamp. When I’m … you get the point. Welcome to my world.

I’m an independent Stampin’ Up! demonstrator with one DH, two offspring, three Scottie dogs, 30 first grade students and a craft room full of stamps, scraps, ink, ribbon, eyelets … Can it get any better?

I’d like to invite you to join me here two to three times a week. I’ll be sharing stamping techniques, projects, and samples that can help you craft cards and gifts for friends and family. I’m all about the relaxing benefits of stamping, the satisfaction of completing a craft project, and the gratification of showing kindness by sending the project off to a friend. Relax, craft, be kind.

I have a confession. Few of my creations are original. In the stamping world we are blessed with many Stamping Queens who share EVERYTHING! I CASE (copy and share everything), tweak it, and call it my own. Now you’re invited to do the same.

You’re also welcomed to share my address with all your friends. In the meantime …
